The Wild Belly Collective was born out of the belief that midlife isn’t about shrinking or hiding; it’s about living fully. For too long, women have been taught to see their belly as a problem. Here, we release the shame and honour the belly as a source of wisdom and vitality. Supporting the desire to feel strong and healthy, free from judgment.
Our symbol, the fireweed, blooms after disruption, thriving in unlikely places. Like fireweed, women in midlife carry resilience and wisdom. The Collective is where that truth takes root, serving as a guide, partner, and community for thriving, not just surviving.
